Once upon a time, people would either go to a store to purchase a wallet or someone would buy it for them as a gift. Nowadays, online shopping is becoming more and more, the norm. But, how do you know if that wallet you are buying for yourself or someone else will fit everything they need it to fit. How do you know if the features such as easy access cards, RFID, or even a zipper will work properly from an online ad?
The truth is, you really cant. Which is why so many people turn to online reviews to find out more information about items they are considering purchasing.
This here is the Vaultskin Notting Hill minimalist slim leather wallet with zip around billfold and RFID Blocking. It’s the 2nd wallet I’ve reviewed (the first one I have written up for this blog so far). The first one I reviewed was the Ekster: Parliament – Slim leather wallet – RFID Blocking. The Ekster wallet had some of the best reviews of a wallet that I could find, and a price tag to follow. However, I really wasn’t a fan. When the Notting Hill wallet arrived, it was like night and day. I loved this wallet from the time I opened the box. (Note: Fake credit cards are used in the pictures of the wallet to show the space available.)
The Vaultskin Notting Hill Wallet has the following features:
- Premium designer style which combines functionality and convenience
- Made from top grain genuine Italian leather and high quality metal
- Pull string strap for your most used cards
- High end RFID blocking
- Four easily accessible external pockets as well as 2 inside pockets which should hold about 12 cards in total.
The pull strap is meant for your two most used cards to give you access to them quickly and easily. You pull the pull tab and they both pop right up. They don’t get caught on anything, they don’t shift. It works like a charm. The cards that are in the pull tab pouch DO have RFID blocking. I tested it out myself.
The pocket right below it can hold 1-2 cards as well. This pocket DOES NOT have RFID Blocking.
The inside of this wallet DOES have RFID blocking. So, between the inside of the wallet and the quick pull pocket, you have plenty of places to keep your cards with the tap feature or work door badges.
